This place was pretty great all around.. Everything of mine was stolen recently in one drunken night of confusion. I found some of it scattered across the street in front of my apartment. I couldn't find my keys for the life of me. I believe someone stole them. I woke up on the doorstep in front of my apartment door and borrowed my neighbors phone. I needed to.... I needed to have all of the locks in one of the apartment complexes I own. The on-site manager lost his set of master keys, and we couldn't risk the safety of our tenants. I've used this company previously to rekey the locks when tenants move out, so I was aware of their reasonable prices. Their service is consistently top of the line. thank you so much!. I cannot believe it happened to me but my purse was stolen at a party. It had everything in it minus my cellphone which was thankfully in my pocket. My car keys and house keys however were not so fortunate and were stolen. The purse thief not only had my keys, but my address because my id was in my purse. After freaking out for a minute I called these guys to get new keys made for my car and new locks put on my house. They gave me a great deal and the tech was so nice it put me at ease right away.
