not an honest operation. I went there for oil change. It was overpriced. I still accepted the deal and left my car there. But then they changed my air filter etc. and charged me a lot of money. The worse was that I took the parts they took out my car to our usual service place and was told that none of those required a change. These people are not honest and if you are going there for the first time you will for sure be ripped off.

Honest/Experienced Staff: 9!. The staff could have sold me expensive tires, but sold me the tires I needed. I needed the cheapest tires, and that's what they recommended based on my needs. I appreciate that type of service. (Sears tried to sell me expensive tires.) I did have to wait a few hours, but I didn't have a reservation so I guess that's not too bad. I apprecaite the way that the staff explained the results of my allignment results. I also appreciate how the staff explained tips on getting the most out of warranties. :)
