Stop being pansies.. It's a hotel, what do you expect? Beds are clean; that's all I care about.

Main A/C is broke.They have additional extra heater units in the rooms but to complicated to make them work.Wi-Fi did not work

The beds are fine! They have a memory foam mattresses that you "sink Into" I personally had a GREAT sleep! You bed complainers must be from the movie "the princess and the pea"
