Burgers with Sophistication. If you work downtown, and ever want a burger, this is the place to go. With three locations, you are certain to find one nearby ... I like the variety of burgers they offer - my favorite is the burger with brie and mushrooms. Bistro Burger also gets an A for their fries, onion rings, and ambient music (fun pop, as I remember). I also like that they have salads for the non-burger-eating customers. A place that works for both groups and solo lunch-ers. A fun place ...
