One of the best pubs in town!. This place could be my favorite pub in the city. What is unique about this place is that it has a cozy feeling to it. It is a smaller pub, with a fireplace and usually someone is playing an acoustic musical set. And if it needs it, the bartender will jump up and play a few tunes. Its just a great irish pub. Its a place where we usually start at and close the evening at. Check it out, whether it is a friday night or a sunday afternoon, you'll love it! A gem of the city!

Floating in a sea of Asian restaurants and markets, this darling pub is a haven for San Francisco's substantial population of Irish expatriates--classic shades of dark green and white have a calming effect. Great Bar. We just moved into the area and wanted to go out and do something. We didn't want to drive anywhere so we decided to walk to the nearest pub. That one was dead and we asked the bartender if there was a place close by that was hoping and they recomended durty nelly's. So we trecked the extra 5 blocks to durty nelly's. This is the best irish pub I have been to outside of ireland. I'm not irish myself but i have been to my share of pubs and this one by far has been the best one. The atmosphere, the people are awsome period. If you are just looking to have a good time this is the place to go!!!!

a fine and lovely pub. A friendly irish crowd, and the coziest fireplace you've ever seen, this is a great bar for a rainy night . Though the atmosphere may be low key this place is definitely not a library! The locals keep you on your toes and the bartenders are all friendly, "gaahrgeous", transplants.If the barkeep is dragging his feet,as one regular told me, " just raaise yer lungs girl! He won't bite, I promise ye!" it's like an easy going mini escape to the emerald isle.
