No very professional. Not very responsive. They say they will call back, but often do not.

They only send you bill one week before due with a letter indicating that your insurance willl be cancelled if not received by end of week.

DON'T INSURE YOUR CAR HERE. This people are unresponsive. You call their very small office and because of their huge calls volume more often than not (9 out 10) you'll get the general voice mail box.
