I started taking my van to Mission Tires, Brakes, and Service last month I don't know this place I just saw this shop when I am driving around San Francisco and I have a problem with my service so I decided to just stop by and check this shop. I felt so welcome so I decided to leave my car and ask them to check it. The nextday the lady was calling me (Leannie ) saying that my car is ready, I don't expect that it's going to be past like this.But by the time I went to the shop Leannie was not there so I spoke to this asst. manager Andy he's very polite and professional. and I am very happy with the service quick, less expensive and I will recommend this shop to all my friends and family.I got an excellent service and a better deal than the other tire shop.Recommend going here for your car needs. You will not be disappointed!

The staff are super friendly and will chit chat with you while you wait. The other customers (the loyal patrons) are by far the most entertaining people I've ever talked to at a mechanics shop.

The police stopped me the other day because they noticed that my rear tires needed to be changed. they told me that it could pop and i could have an accident, and that was always on the back of my mind. one had a bubble and the other one was a spare. I kept putting that green sealer liquid to keep my tires alive, but I made up my mind to just change all 4 of them. So i decided to go to mission tires because its close, you cant miss it, plus they have a great website with some great offers like "100$ OFF" or a buy 3 tires get 1 free.

The reason I am writing good about them is because I really like my tires, I feel good to be driving on 4 rims and not with a spare tire. when have you seen a BMW with a spare lol. Mine!!! not anymore tho.

great customer service! they called me throughout the day to confirm prices and services. Yes, I had not intended on purchasing some of the services/upgrades that they offered but I have all original parts on a car 6 yrs old so for the sake of preventative maintenance, I went for it. couldn't be happier that the car is runnining smoothly and has a tire warranty for 50,000 miles (and now has better fuel efficiency). they have deals on parts and tires on Tuesdays and i got same day service. they offer a shuttle to/from work or home and sent a thank you letter following up with additional business cards. I definitely handed them out. thank you!

Went here for an oil change this morning. I bought their deal: 6 oil changes for $80 (which turns out to be a steal in the long run!)

Pleasant phone call on a Saturday late afternoon helped me get my front tires taken care of. I was treated as a regular customer. The bathroom was about average for motor repair - smells good- looks good- looks clean. Leanne was the best!!

The service I got from the Mission Tires in San Fransisco is on of the best. This is due to Leanne who is very courteous and very polite to this customer. For one of her customer and she is very good. I'm very please to her ability in dealing with all her customer.

I also purchased the deal where you get 6 oil changes for $99. It's AWESOME! and even includes a tire rotation, All I had to pay was $1.98, the fee to recycle old oil.
