Until not too long ago I had an experience which I will share within my next words…
…Working for Debbie Everson, owner, (and every other position within the company):
As a telemarketer, Searchmar Inc. requires that I make calls for 3 hours in a row on three different days. Searchmar Inc. also requires that these three hours of non-stop calling get logged to an online tracker. At the end of the week, Searchmar Inc., submits payment as agreed for the 9hr weekly limit.
So far everything is fine, but…
…Debbie Everson creates a 1/2hr (usually 1-2 hours of nonsense talk and demands) weekly meeting and puts me in charge. This, of course, must never be tracked within the 9hr agreement. She also picked the date and time accordingly with her schedule, demanding that I be present, managing and conducting the meeting where she will interrupt all along with a hasty tone in her voice. Very demanding lady, expects you to be working a Mon-Fri f/t schedule, 40hrs and only pay for 9 hours, wow, that’s crappy and cheap, she needs slaves. Debbie Everson’s unprofessional attitude towards employees in general and clients as well are only enough to show everyone reading this article, that the services provided at SearchMar Inc. are of equal quality. On a scale of 1-10, 1 is my rating for Searchmar Inc. but mostly for the Director, Client Strategy, Debbie Everson. Get a life Debbie, before it’s too late, you are not really a bad person, it’s just your sour attitude and the way you treat others, you need someone in your life, do not scare everyone off.
Thus I am pretty convinced that Searchmar Inc. is not going anywhere, I want to wish you, Debbie Everson, the best, get your acts together you nut.
