roto rooter. I have used Roto Rooter in the past and been completely satisfied. This time I was a bit disappointed. I received a phone call at 12:30 PM stating that the technician would be there at 1PM. He showed up at 1:30. The tech was difficult to understand and when I asked questions all he did was grin. I also felt that the pricing was high. He was there for 1 hour and 10 minutes and charged me $309.

Unfortunately, after I called Roto Rooter I discovered many adds for plumbers in my phone book with discounted prices. I'll have to research plumbers better next time.

Roto-Rooters Plumbers on 2/21/2011. Victor the plumer was great in helping us with our issue. They were on site with 10 minutes of my call in Mountain View. Made suggestions to improve the problem and took care of it quickly
