Relativley this is a good answering service. It answers for quite a few clients, and does a number of things for them.
It's operators are decent workers (most of the time, sometimes you might get an either just plain rude, poorly trained, or unprofessional person) but don't be discouraged by that, they have a great respect for it's clients and try to be friendly whenever answering the phone for anyone who calls their lines.
Dear potential clients or employees. Unless this is your last resort for a job or service I suggest you steer clear of this company. The poor service results from an overworked and underpaid staff that could care less about the clients needs. Management does not comply nor communicate with clients in an efficient manor. To the potential clients: do yourself a favor and get an automated service! To the potential employee: great place to work if you're thinking of joining the circus!
connections or Confusions? they messed up our 24 hours crisisline regularly - calling the wrong person, dailing the wrong numbers, not following specific protocols. NOT RECOMMENED at all!
