RUN FOREST RUN!!!!. Worst ever. We used Tom to replace a mechanical awning (sunshade) covering our skylight). Seemed like a nice guy.... came out, gave price, ordered material, installed. The first time we tried to use it a got stuck, then, the pulley cable sprang loose. We called Tom up and he said he'd be out in a few days. We finally convinced him to come out the next day. needless to say this is a one star review so I'll spare the details. He came out FIVE times, each time with one more helper than the last, each time saying, "no problem, it'll only take one hour to fix." On the last time he stayed here 7 hours, and eventually we stopped hearing noise. We looked and he had left our awning material at our doorstep and the cable loose up on the roof. HE LEFT. Its been a few hours of us leaving messages and I assume he isn't coming back. Please, for your own (and your wife's sanity) do not use Tom's
