Dishonest and Careless.
This company towed my car on a flat bed truck, they didn't do it correctly and my car rolled off the back of an un-lowered flat bed truck. This happened on 9/2/2010, I got the run around from them (promised to fix my car or replace it), then went to the service that sent them to me. After being sent to two different insurance companies it was discovered that they DID NOT HAVE INSURANCE for their towing business.
They LIE and are unwilling to correct any mistakes they have made. DO NOT use them - I've regretted it for 4 months!!
