We just sold our Noe Valley home with the help of Tamara Mack's staging talents and were very happy with her/her team (and we have very high standards!)

They made all 3 floors come alive with luxury and grace, made wonderful recommendations as to finishes and details that we spruced beforehand and, overall, helped the architect's work shine (ARMOUR+VOKIC) while netting us fabulous results on the sale. Kudos!

Definitely keeping her in our stable of great team members! Very available, responsive, and intent on helping us meet our goals within a very rational budget and ...intense timeline.

We recently sold our home, which was staged by Tamara Mack Design. They did an outstanding job. The home looked great. They staged on a tight budget. And they were very open to feedback. And the home sold in less than 2 days.

Great Staging Experience!. We have had a wonderful experience with Tamara Mack Design and are using City Search for the first time to sing her praises. We have been the client from hell-delays in completion of house fix-up projects prior to sale, incorrect paint colors, contractor screw-ups....and through it all; Tamara has been patient and the only part of our home sale experience that has gone well. As we were reaching the point of exasperation, she even came in and helped us select all the paint color schemes to best enhance our home. Once the time came for her staging to begin, she was prompt and efficient and made our place look great. My wife and i even joked that if we had Tamara's furniture in our place originally, we wouldn't want to move.

Tamara Mack Design does an excellent job and is reasonably priced and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to maximize the appearance and value of their home prior to sale.

Working with passion, enthusiasm and always inspiring those around her, she is remarkable to observe in whatever environment she is creating. She moves efficiently to produce interiors that exude joy, sensibilities and style.

She has the ability to LISTEN to what her clients are SAYING, and formulate a design plan that will reflect their particular lifestyle while allowing them to participate with her in the process. AND, all the while, everyone is having "Fun"!

Tamara has also had great success in staging homes for re-sale! As a realtor, I can attest to the elation of ALL relators who have enjoyed a working relationship with her as she alleviates the difficult and challenging moments when a realtor attempts to suggest to their clients that their home may be "outdated" and needs to be "re-freshed"! Tamara assumes the task of this "tread-lightly" subject and presents it in a common sense manner that becomes acceptable and exciting to the client! Upon completion, Tamara has been invited to assist these clients in "decorating" their new homes.....

Best in the business. I hired Tamara to redecorate my home. She came very highly recommended through a colleague of mine who has used Tamara for staging as well as home design. Not only did she do an amazing job with the project, but she made the whole process really enjoyable. She took the time to really understand our personal style and then came up with very creative ideas about how to best use the space in our home, while presenting beautiful color schemes and fabric choices. We are so happy with the finished product. Tamara is a true talent and an absolute delight to deal with.

Excellent Stager. I have worked with Tamara for several years and she is by far my favorite stager in San Francisco. Tamara is the most professional stager I have worked with and she also has a fantastic design sense. Almost without fail, people ask me who did the staging when they come to my open houses. They often comment that it is the best staging they have ever seen. I know Tamara's work helps sell the houses faster and for higher prices. Tamara is excellent with clients. She listens to her clients and works with them on pricing. She is extremely accomodating their schedules and is respectful of their time as well as their property. I can not recommend her highly enough!

horrible experience. I have never bothered to write a review on Citysearch until I hired Tamara Mack to stage my home. I am only doing this now to warn people out there about Tamara Mack Design. Tamara gave me ugly, mismatched furniture and broken pictures that fell off the wall and destroyed the paint. She failed to stage the bathroom and the kitchen, even though the whole house is only a one bedroom condo. She recommended a shady painter who did not cover my furniture and chipped up my claw foot tub and sexually threatened me in my home. She never even apologized. Upon removal of the staging, I discovered that she failed to protect my floors and they were scratched and stained black in places because she had used rough outdoor patio rugs. She refused to pay for any damages and took two orchid plants back that she had already charged us $500 for and several other plants that I had bought for the house on my own. So it makes sense that she asked me to pay my monthly rental bill early once, since she "needed to make pay roll." Tamara has no business sense or artistic talent, and she was rude and unprofessional and literally damaged my home. I only hope that none of you will ever have to experience working with Tamara, since selling one's home is already very stressful.
