Great customer service. Thank you for the wonderful service and clear explanation for my home and auto insurance. Really appreciate the personal customer service, willingness to take the time to answer my questions, and contacting my previous insurance agent during my transition over to State Farm. It is very convenient to have both our auto and home insurance under one roof, as opposed to multiple insurance agencies, and the savings was a nice added bonus.

Much Appreciated. I didn't realize how inexpensive a renter's policy could be, or just how much could be covered! I appreciate Jake's time in walking me through it, and for the peace of mind that comes afterward. Setting up automatic payments was also much appreciated - one less check to write each month! I would definitely recommend Jake to anyone who needed their personal property covered.
