great guest service. I have stayed at the Pickwick for over ten years Great hotel. Great history and tradition. Walk the halls with bogart and the maltose falcon. Staff are great. Like the new coffee maker.

Great location. Pleasant concierge, room nice, but noisy since it faces street. Very convenient for SOMA business.

Great hotel especially for the price. Near Moscone center, shopping and food. Staff is on the ball and I've always had a good stay. If you are a light sleeper be prepared to hear the city.
