Screwing up a hot dog is like screwing up a glass of water, and this hot dog stand, though its heart is in the right place, can't quite get this classic right. The flavor and the varieties are there--with regular hot dogs, sausages and even veggie dogs, there's something for every diet, or lack thereof, but the execution isn't there. The Details on Zog's Dogs
Parking:
Since Zogs hours are mostly during the workweek, driving to this particular section of downtown is not wise. Take MUNI, BART or just hoof it.
On the Menu:
In addition to your standard fare hot dog and sausage menu, Zogs also has sides of fries smothered with chili and or cheese if thats your thing.
Fun Fact:
The copy for the menus is pretty hilarious. Case in point; The Prop 8 dog: two Zogs dogs on one bun.
