Conversion from Long's to CVS is downhill for customers!. They towed my car while I was parked in their parking lot. It cost $340 to get my car back and they were very hostile and did not apologize or try to help at all. I had been shopping in the CVS and left to do some other errands before coming back to finish my shopping at CVS and found out that FRANCISCO ROSALES, the parking lot manager, had called a tow truck for my car, despite the fact that the lot was over half empty! I counted 11 empty spaces. I was gone for a little over an hour and showed the manager of CVS my receipts for my shopping there, but she did nothing for me. The Property Manager, TOM MAYER said that they tow all cars if you leave the parking lot! When I said that this was not a way to encourage people to shop in his store, he hung up on me! If you are trying to encourage people to shop at CVS, towing their cars is not the way to do it!
