Abott's Cellar

Wine isn’t the only treasure kept in cellars. In Abbot’s case, it’s craft beer. Taking beer pairing and appreciation to the next level, the folks from popular Monk’s Kettle introduce their new baby, Abbot’s Cellar. In a chic exposed brick and 24-foot high ceiling space, they carefully age their brews in the cellar, serving it at optimal temperatures, while pouring it into glassware that complements each beers unique style. The impressive 120-plus beer list pairs well with a seasonally-changing a la carte or tasting menu. Prior to dinner, each guest will receive an amuse bouche with beer pairing to further illustrate the relationship between food and beer and set the stage for the evening.
