Bhim is my knight in shining armor! My Lenovo got taken over by malware and lost access to *all* my files. My husband (a techie) found ClickAway through very positive recommendations on Craigslist, and contacted them on a Sunday afternoon with my seemingly unsolvable problem. Bhim first managed to retrieve a few files I needed to be able to continue working that night (and stayed past business hours to do this); he then stayed in close phone contact with us to give us updates, since it was touch and go about what might or might not be recoverable. In the end, the computer has been fully restored -- and while I'm sure the damage from some viruses would not be fix-able no matter how savvy the expert, I can say from this experience that Bhim handled a dire situation extremely professionally. I am 110% delighted with the result, and would definitely go to him again (although I hope I don't have to!)
My new work computer (Lenovo laptop) had died once already and had to be sent back to my company for repairs. I was without a computer for over 2 weeks. This week I was traveling in the SF area and it died again. I brought it here, thinking that maybe they could fix it and ship it back to me. Jeff looked at it and diagnosed the problem- the motherboard had shorted out due to static electricity. He worked on it for about a half hour, and came back with a grin on his face, and my sign-in page up on the screen!! Hooray for Jeff and the team at ClickAway. They have a very professional team, and I had a pleasant experience all around. Thanks for the help!
