What Our Expert Scouts Are Saying
The Lee brothers are at it again. This time, it’s in the sunny Mission with their latest brick & mortar spot, Namu Gaji. Still family run, the new locale continues to offer guests their signature California Korean cuisine, including the sizzling kimchee Okonomiyaki, as well as the made-from-scratch Ramyun (Korean Ramen), limited to 24 orders a day. Sharing is suggested, with raw, grilled, and crispy plate selections, although you’ll be tempted to stealthily hoard the addictive potato puree puffs with parmesan, gochujang aioli and fried garlic. Grab a window seat and some soju for a front row view of the always colorful neighborhood street action.

The Korean "tacos" are their mainstay,
but the okonomiyaki with kimchi is also excellent.

Love the housemade kimchee, the beef
tongue is a can't-miss, and no one else is doing okonomiyaki in a stone pot like this! So delicious.
