Probably because eating even a couple day's worth of pork belly grilled cheeses would result in a coronary. Regardless, Jaspers is the perfect spot for a delicious night out with friends. Trash talk your day job in style by pairing some Washington mussels (with chorizo leon) with a Big Daddy IPA at one of Jasper's corner booths.

Casual spot to hang out if you're downtown. Totally killer cocktails, and the deviled eggs are also a score. There's even a late night menu, thank you.

A sports bar that doubles as a foodie haven and cocktail snob's paradise, Jasper's is one of my favorite recent openings. It's great for happy hour or late night snacks.
