Better than ANY reality Telivision. Food Network needs to snatch this chef up pronto. I can't remember when I have had so much fun.

We were doing an improv with food. Everyone came to class with a couple of things they wanted to learn to cook with.

Chef comes up with a great sounding menu, stuff I would not have thought of.

I am a vegetarian, someone else has celiac and in like 5 seconds the recipes are adjusted.

So we are all cooking away drinking wine and having a fine time and the food appears to be totally coming together when this huge bottle of red food coloring comes crashing down on the chef's head.

Looked like a murder scene, Red EVERYWHERE.

He was totally COOL, posed for a few photos with a knife and then ran to wash his eyes out.

Came back with stained skin and clothes soaked, wiped up as much red as he could and continued like nothing had happened.

Kept a totally cool head and we were dining like 5 minutes later.

Roast Asparagus

Stuffed Clams

Eggplant Barley soup

Salad with warm beet dressing

Thai basil tofu

...and a few things I am forgetting.

If that had happened to Gordon Ramsey it would have been a shout match. He never skipped a beat.

oh yea....and we learned a ton and the food was awesome.

Great people, place and teachers. I went to a class to see what it was about. I not only learned a new recipe, had a great time with some fantastic people, but the environment there was very conducive to the learning experience.

I would definitely recommend it to my friends - whether or not they know how to cook it would be a lot of fun to learn something new.

Excellent Learning Experience. I've been to several cooking classes at Raw Satisfaction. The Mediterranean class had quite an amazing soup and yogurt/date pie desert. I was very impressed with the healthy and tasty turkey meatballs in the Italian class. And my favorite simple appetizer was the beet bruschetta. That was really delicious and is something I can make fairly easily myself.

I felt like I learned quite a lot from my classes there. I would definitely recommend it to my friends.

So amazing!!!. I learned so much from cooking with RAW Satisfaction. The unique combinations and effortless style really stuck with me. My boyfriend doesn't know that all these new recipes I'm using really came from someone else's brain instead of mine :) I had such an awesome time learning to prepare food with them as well as learning from the other people that were there too. Eat, drink and be merry!!

Super Fun Cooking Activity!. Loved it! Fun, great staff, learned a lot. Food was amazing!

I did this because I got a great deal and I was looking for a new experience. Not only was it fun, I learned a lot and I can't wait to go back!
