Only body shop I will ever use.
So I wrecked my new Mercedes. After my insurance sent me to some dumpy shop, I my dealer for a recommendation. They told me to take it to european collision center. After reading the countless Yelp reviews I decided to trust them with my baby.
I can’t believe they took an absolutely horrible situation and flipped it into a really nice experience. I called to leave a message at night and was shocked to have a live person pick up the phone. He explained that they try to be as reachable as possible in case they are needed after hours. Wow! A far cry from my dealer who will not pick up the phone in the middle of the day. He set an appointment for me and two days later I dropped off. Their whole staff was very friendly and even though I was assigned one person to work with, Angie, I got to know them all. Sergio was great and stayed late to wait for me to pick up and Jake helped me fax some papers to my insurance company.
In the end my Mercedes looks like brand new. I really can not tell the difference and I felt they appreciated my business the whole time.

Trust-worthy body shop!.
I took my car for a rear-ender. i get very nervous when it comes to anything to do with my car. i know it's going to be expensive and i really don't know much about cars to begin with. i took it to European Collision since a friend recommended it to me. when i took my car in, i was pleasantly surprised it was so clean and stylish for a body shop. the staff was quick to help and very friendly and just really took care of things for me - not only with the car repairs but also with my insurance. the repairs were done on time and my car looked like new.
i hope i don't have to take my car back any time soon but if i do, i would definitely take it back to European Collision.

Friendly Service, exceptional quality work. i was sent here by my dealer. against my insurance companies wishes i went here anyway based on their yelp reviews. My Porsche looks amazing. i mean it did before i wrecked it but it looks just as good after i got it back. european collision center will be my body shop for as long as i need one. the whole staf was friendly and helpfull. i never had to call to find out what was going on. Angie was the best i hope i never have to see them again but if i do i will be back

First Class Quality and Service.
My Toyota looked a little out of place around all the Mercedes and BMW's but I sure didn’t feel out of place here. I was treated like I just walked into the 4-seasons. everyone was really nice and friendly. For a woman getting your car repaired can be a little intimidating, my husband says that’s stupid, he feels the same way, anyway not here. I was totally comfortable here. Angie explained every thing to me about the repairs and how the insurance would work etc. She went over all the repairs so I knew what was going to happen and be done to my car.
in the end even though my insurance didn’t want me to come here I am so glad I did. After thousands of dollars of repairs my car looks like new and the whole experience was much easier than I thought. They took a horrible situation and made it a nice experience.

Red Carpet SF Body Shop. Had my BMW body work done here and a few weeks later took my wife’s Toyota Highlander here and both times the work was perfect and the service was great. One of the owners, even gave my wife a ride home so she wouldn’t have to wait for a cab with her car load of stuff she seems to carry everywhere. I had to pick up my car on Sunday and Jake met me there so I wouldn’t have to be late to work Monday. European Collision has my body work business forever and based on our history we will be good customers. I know it sounds whiney but I wish they wouldn’t leave those stupid mats in my car when I pick up.
I can?t tell you how much I appreciate you taking the time to let us know how we are doing. Our whole team appreciates the feedback and I will make note of the paper mats. We are supposed to remove them when we deliver the car to our clients. I actually agree, they are a bit annoying. Whenever my car gets washed and they forget to remove them it kind of bugs me as well.
