Drain Overflow. This review is specifically for Sam, who came to rescue us on a Sunday night. Disturbingly, I discovered on Sunday evening that our drain access was overflowing. We called Mr. Rescue Plumbing & Drain cleaning after searching them on the internet, and they sent out Sam. The dispatcher was very courteous, calling back twice to make sure we knew when Sam would show up. I was a little surprised at how helpful and professional Sam was, giving that this was a Sunday night, and it was after 8pm. But he took the time to explain what was going on with the line, and how I should call the city to have them analyze how close to the street the problem area was. Having dealt with rooter services before, I am happy that Mr. Rescue Plumbing & Drain cleaning sent Sam out to us.
