Kes, a pretty Tel Aviv transplant, spent two years serving in the Israeli Air Force. So it’s not surprising that her super-feminine party dresses often have some unexpectedly tough twists like plunging backs, leather accents or strategically placed zippers. It’s these details that make this the kind of place smart girls go for sexy dresses. Her minimalist, chic showroom might look more suited to SoHo than San Francisco, but don’t be intimidated by the swank interior--the staff are friendly and outgoing and happiest when a shopper finds something they love. The perfectly draped pieces have already shown up in a bevy of fashion magazines, promising that the prices won’t stay reasonable for long.
