Good place for a quick lunch. FiDi needs more restaurants like this. Nice sit down places with quick service so you can be in and out in 1 hour during the work day. The waiter was friendly and attentive. The rustica pizza was delicious but definitely big enough for 2 both (if you also order an appetizer). I'd recommend making a reservation as it fills up quickly during lunch.

Citysearch Editorial Review. With service is running smoothly and well-executed orders coming out of the kitchen with almost alarming speed, Credo seemed like a fully realized restaurant three days after opening, as if it were part of an established franchise--or planned on becoming one. Splashed with bright, almost funhouse colors, Credo believes in a light, approachable Italian as opposed to the slick rusticity of your 54 Mints or Bar Bambinos. Of course, it's the walls covered with "I believe..." quotes from such wits as H.L. Mencken, Steven Colbert and...Ike Turner that provide patrons with conversation starters, and in their large, medium and small square fonts, free eye exams. Does it belong in the FiDi's top tier with with Perbacco, or on the lower rung with the joints on Belden Lane? Probably somewhere in the middle. What's clear is that even under the Financial District's middle ground--judging from the huge crowds here opening week--lies a goldmine.
