Solid margaritas. Mix n match tacos with lots of fresh salsas. Big windows that open up on those perfect weather days. What's not to love?

Citysearch Editorial Review. Any restaurant that encourages its patron to start the night out with a round of shots is worth checking out. That’s right, at Tacolicious, the overwhelmingly popular taco spot in the Marina, the staff highly recommends beginning a meal with one of its chupitos, a delicious, fruity shot that goes down easy and is meant to open the appetite. Nightly offerings, however, are enough to coax any appetite. Tacos, not surprisingly, are the main event and can be ordered with fillings such as moist, succulent "shot-and-a-beer" Petaluma chicken and traditional carnitas simmered to the point of near carmelization. On special occasions, they offer tacos with tender slices of filet mignon. Fried sweet plantains are more savory than sweet, thanks to a bed of rancho gordo beans and a generous dollop of cumin cream.

Tacolicious is Taco-tastic. This new hot spot in the Marina has quickly become my favorite. The staff is super friendly (unlike those at the Tipsy Pig) and the tacos are great. I highly recommend the Carnitas tacos. This place is not only great for the atmosphere but the prices aren’t bad. You can get a taco, a Tecate and a tequila shot for just $10. Also noteworthy, any of the 36oz. bottled beers are served in a paper bag (which can also double as a to-go cup), now who doesn’t love a good beer in a bag!

Good place to meet friends. Tacolicious is a good spot for drinks and a bite with friends. It's small, but they are good at accomodating groups. Lots of options on the menu, but the tacos are definitely the highlight. You might be tempted to order a beer with your taco, but the cocktail menu is not to be missed. They also have a great deal with a taco, beer and tequila shot that is offered all day. So many options!
