Where to start? This is by far the best logistics company you could and should ever use if you want to ship from CA to NY. I did a ton of shopping around and found this place (with the help of stellar reviews).

After my experience with this company I would gladly refer anyone and everyone moving from CA to NY or vice versa to this company. It does live up to the hype. Trust all of the reviews your going to be in great hands.

Attention management or the owner, I want to start by saying, I was more then just pleased with California New York Express Movers, I was 100% satisfied with your company. I did my shopping around with many other company’s. Some just gave me lowball prices over the phone, and others came to my house. Next I went to yelp and BBB and to a look at each company. Do your homework and you will see you get what you pay for. This is true for the lowball company or are they really low. The complaints show they are not that low when you want your belongings back. Thy start low then charge you a lot I the end.

You have big name company’s that come to your home and will do a good job, and not add any surprises at the end, but since they are a franchise company everyone is needing to make money. From the franchise that loads the truck to the franchise that unloads the truck. Don’t forget the company them selves.

Although California New York Express Movers is a big name it is still one company from start to finish. When the company came to pick up my things they informed me the cost of packing my furniture was a little more then on the estimate, but there was no charge to me since they always go by the estimate. The entire time while they where traveling I would receive emails on how the move was going. The day before and one hour before arrival the driver called to keep me informed on when the will be arriving. Did I mention they where almost $ 1200.00 less then all the other legate quoits. One company was quoting me a somewhat comparable quote, until the realized they put in the wrong zip code, and since I was out of the city the price doubled.

If I go back to California I will defiantly will be calling only one company. Thanks CNYE.

CA NY Express Moving company is great. I used them for my CA-NY move and they were on time, everything made it intact. They were very organized during picked up and drop off. Their price was the best. I'm using them again for my NY-CA move.

We thought the NY team did an incredible job. They worked fast and efficiently. Even our building super of 30 years said he has never seen a better moving team. The foreman in particular, was excellent. He worked hard, and had a great attitude. During the week it took to drive our belongings cross-country, we really appreciated getting the email updates. When we received the call in Los Angeles that our things were ready to be delivered, we scheduled the move for the following morning. I asked the scheduler if there was any information i needed to provide about the move and was told "no". The morning the team arrived at our new house, they were dismayed to see that our house had a flight up the 1st floor and was on a narrow street. This set off the foreman, who was arrived in a distraught mood, and was threatening to walk off the job. The foreman called up his dispatcher on the phone asking why he wasn't made aware of the moving conditions. My husband had to calmy speak to the foreman so that he wouldn't leave and take our belongings hostage. Once the foreman was calmed down, we started receiving calls from the dispatcher who was just rude to my husband. But once the moving team started working, they worked really hard and we were were satisfied. None of boxes went missing or were broken, which pleased us. But I think that we would have preferred not to deal with the agitated and rude attitudes in LA. As a follow up to this review, the customer service immediately contacted us in response to our email review. They took care of us and compensated us for our difficulties.

We had a great experience with California New York Express for our cross-country move. A friend who also had a positive experience with them referred them to us and they did not disappoint. Their prices were very reasonable.

We moved two weeks after Hurricane Sandy and CA-NY was very understanding of logistical difficulties in the aftermath. They loaded our 1 bedroom apartment quite quickly were professional throughout the process. They also provided online tracking information while our boxes were in transit. The boxes arrived in CA in a reasonable amount of time (less than 2 weeks) despite the Thanksgiving holiday.

Two movers came to unload the shipment in California. One walked us through a detailed inventory to ensure each box was accounted for. The movers unloaded the boxes in much less time than we anticipated and were very friendly. Our only complaint would be that two wardrobe boxes were smushed on top upon arrival, but this was understandable given the nature of the boxes and the contents. We wouldn't let this deter us from using CA-NY in the future.

CA-NY Express's e-mail response was quick and extremely helpful. Their movers were professional and friendly on both ends of the shipment. Pretty much, they were the best and easiest part of my moving experience!
