I love bite!. The very first time I went to bite I had no cash and at that time it was cash only, as I was about to go to another place next door, the guy working there gave me a free sandwich! Maybe he knew that I would become addicted, because I did! I go there on a regular basis now with cash, although now they do accept visa and mastercards. If you are thinking of going you ABSOLUTELY have to order vinny's bag of dounuts. Which is a meatball sandwich with lettuce tomatoe, and onions! Love this place
Citysearch Editorial Review. Bite is a sandwich shop after San Francisco's heart: cute, cheap, and boasting sandwiches with names like Tree Sitter. Set on a hilltop and decked out in adorable blue and white accents, this tiny take-out spot isn't a destination in itself, with hunky, simple sandwiches like the Gouda Good, stuffed with ingredients like rotisserie chicken and Gouda cheese, it doesn't really matter where you eat. Bite doesn't stop at sandwiches though, offering a near plethora of sausage options with toppings like roasted bell peppers and chili, plus sides like hummus, quiche, and eggplant parmesan. Perhaps best of all, Bite is open until 2am every night, making it perhaps the only place to get a fresh deli sandwich after hitting the bars
