crud. i live and work around the corner,,,the place is raucous, extremely loud, and full of veimin (not just the 4 or 6 legged kind) ..on one occasion i had to leave my car parked and returned to find one their patrons urinating on it ...the same female person kicked my dog...the do not have a permit for live music and a "bouncer" indicates that this not a bar for young wanna be socialites..but, in fact, a night club..we at 333 bush st have brought forth a pettion to the entertainmaint commission, sffd.sfpd, state alcohol beverage control, dea, and dept of public that they strictly enforce all penal/h&S/fire and noise code violations....we would largely suggest their patrons save their money....rickhouse cocktails aren't the greatest...i'l tell ya 10 places to get better rye old fashioneds....two words...stupid people

Delicious Cocktails in a sophisticated Atmosphere. Three words...La Bonne Vie. Plymouth, Fresh Lemon & Grapefruit Juice, Fresh Basil and Bitters. I could drink 10, in fact, maybe I did. Went there on a Monday night, so it was quite civil. Amazing cocktails, but they do take a while to be made so order your next round when you are half way through your cocktail.

Trendy Happy Hour. I've been here a couple times for happy hour after work. I love the wooden walls and ceiling -- it gives this trendy bar a homey feel. Anyplace that has a bouncer at around 3pm is a little intimidating, and he needs to be there, it's ALWAYS crowded. Full of socialites and young businesspeople, it's definitely a social mecca.

The drinks are awesome -- they're not "bartenders" they're "mixologists" and they're outstanding. They're completely fresh and made with juices and fruits and sugars. Great happy hour joint (although they don't really have happy hour prices).

Unique vibe, creative drinks. If you're looking for a new spot to get a few drinks and meet some cool people - this is a great place to try. It's decorated like an old, cowboy-time bar (sorry my description is lacking and time period may be totally off), and all the bartenders and cocktail waiters are dressed in suspenders and hats. They take a long time making the drinks for you - but once you get them, you realize you're about to drink an art piece. I swear, they shave down the ice perfectly as you wait, peel the oranges just to dab it into the sides of the glass to give you that hint of orangey flavor, and the ingredients are a strange mix of yummy! I would suggest getting the berry one to start...it tastes like an icy, and you'll be eating the strawberries and blueberries that are attached to the side of the glass once you're finished.

The place itself gets rather crowded, so I would suggest going early to grab a table in the back.

Amazing Cocktail List. I came here with a large group of girls from work, so we squeezed ourself into this popular after work hangout and got out drink on. The old saloon atmosphere is really fun and the drink list is one of the biggest I've seen. We didn't get a punch bowl, but next time I come I have to try that sucker out! They have my favorite Racer 5 IPA, so I was content with that. Some of the other girls tried out their fancy martinis, which were super tasty! The only downfall to this place is the heat. It was so hot in there!!!!! Once I put my hair up and ripped off any clothing I could without feeling like a stripper, it cooled down a bit. I'll be back, in a nice little sun dress though.
