This Outer Mission hangout serves what the name implies..
Anyone who's visited one of the city's mediocre Quickly locations knows what to expect from this revamped offshoot: cheap snacks and sweets served in Ikea-drenched digs so brightly colored you're not likely to stay longer than the six minutes it takes to snarf down your lunch. Yet while this sort of place usually has seating for just a few, this cavernous spot could easily fit 50--not wholly necessary since most orders are taken to go. The snack-size offerings are varied: fried nibbles, sweet and savory crepe options and froyo that is sweeter than typical for the current trend but still topped with the requisite fruit, mochi balls or cereal. Fortunately (for F+C) the Outer Mission is the last frontier when it comes to frozen yogurt--perhaps the only SF neighborhood devoid of the chilly, tart dessert--and thus the throngs of froyo lovers outside this so-so spot.
