It could be Better

The woodland parks apartments could be much much better. Because of investment mishaps and being taken over by San Mateo County, even with the new management company things could be better. No parking for guests, in adequate security who tag cars that belong to tenants whom are properly parked, loud music in the parking lots and thin walls with no insulation are some of the issues at hand. My rent is about the same as a one bedroom (I have a studio)and inadequate inexperience staff.Security gates that are unsecured and many car break-ins (recently) is what makes one re-consider. I was lied to by the Page Mill staff when I asked about noise levels ans was told it was quiet. Only to encounter loud partying neighbors and discovering that I can hold a complete conversation with my neighbor without even leaving my unit. The only good thing that it's near the central hub of East Palo Alto and downtown Palo Alto, close to the Freeway and near Menlo Park where you can walk to the local park and enjoy Menlo Parks peace and quiet.

Great Place

I really like living in the apartment. Over the last year there have been a lot of improvements. The staff is great and happy and helpful. The rent is inexpensive and it is pretty quiet here. I would recomend this apartment to anyone.
