Just took the iPhone introductory training class at the Apple Store, and had to give them a BIG thumbs up! I'm a relatively new user (had phone for less than 1 month) so decided to take the free training. Totally recommend it!
There were only 3 of us in the class, which was quite nice..able to ask lots of questions. After assessing how each of us used our phones, our trainer gave us an in depth instruction on utilizing the keyboard across multiple apps on the phone. Invaluable!!
Totally recommend the free training, it was very, very helpful! You can sign up on the store website, and it's an hour long class..excellent use of time!

My friend bought an iPhone for me Christmas 2007. It came with a really cool black leather cover to protect it, but around March 2008, I drop the freakin' thing and the screen shatters. Another $350 later to get a replacement, and that's with the warranty. I'm being wise, right? I'm not gonna let this happen again.
I drop the freakin' thing again yesterday, and I was told the only thing they have on record is that it was bought in December, and that it's out of warranty.
At $300-500 a pop, I'm a rolling cash account for this company.
