Helped Us Franchise. We interviewed a dozen franchise attorneys and consulting groups who were either high-priced (one firm wanted over $150k) or discovered we'd have to hire others (attorneys said we need to hire a consultant to write our franchise operations manual; consultants said we needed to hire an attorney to review everything they did). Then we discovered Franchise Foundations.

The founder, Mr. Franchise, worked directly with us on every aspect - strategic planning, helping us write the operations manual and develop our training program, the legal docs, etc. Having a franchise attorney with an MBA and having owned a franchise himself before is a big plus in developing a franchise program.

He also trained us in how to run the new franchise company and how to sell franchises. This training is 100% worth it - we would have never thought of everything he taught us and would have made mistakes selling our first franchises. Whenever we have a question, he's always there, and returns phone calls and emails right away.

Franchise Foundations Is Solid. We retained this firm to help us with both domestic and international franchise efforts. The head guy Kevin Murphy is well-known in the industry as "Mr. Franchise" (google him). He is a very accomplished franchise attorney, MBA, franchise expert and former franchise owner - a unique combination. He helped us fine-tune our legal and operational docs, trained our management and marketing teams plus gave us first-rate ongoing advice taking us across our 1,000th franchise bench mark. Delivers on time and on budget.

Helped Franchise My Business. I was almost snookered into using a licensing program by a shady firm looking to make some quick bucks. Then I found the franchising vs. licensing article by Mr. Franchise. Turned out, he saved me from making a big mistake and guided me step-by-step through the process of developing and then starting a professional franchise program. We've sold a couple franchises thanks to the training he gave us. He's always there by email or phone to answer questions. Highly recommend this firm and in particular Mr. Franchise.

Mr. Franchise Knows Franchising. I was all excited and ready to plop down $350k in this franchise company. A friend told me about the FDD Evaluator service offered by Franchise Foundations. The work is done by Mr. Franchise, Kevin Murphy, a San Francisco franchise attorney and franchise expert. He really knows his stuff and pointed out a number of pitfalls I'd entirely overlooked. The fee was entirely reasonable and saved me from making the biggest mistake of my life.
