$15 salads?. I do not understand why people love Mixt Greens so much. It is over priced and not that good. The topping to lettuce ratio is totally off. Too much lettuce, not enough toppings. The salads are ridiculously over priced. I am forced to come here about twice a week to pick up lunch for people at work and I DREAD the line. It is always out the door, even before 12:00pm. There are definitely places in FiDi that have cheaper and tastier salads.

Mixt Greens salads rock my world!. What more could you ask for: delicious food, amazing variety, cool staff, awesome outdoor seating. It does get busy, but the line moves quickly and they have a to-go case you can grab from and go straight to the register, i.e. in and out in less than 60 seconds.

Uncooked meat alert!!. I can't imagine why people line up each day for these salads. I have given this lunch place many chances, and after many long waits (even before the lunch crowd), three separate incidents of uncooked meat, and one VERY SURLY salad maker, I've officially given up. I had to microwave the chicken on my pre-made salad because it was pink and runny, and I had already brought it back to the office. The turkey on the disco sandwich was similarly pink and slimy, so I had to toss the whole thing. When I ate at the location, I had to have the droopy bacon (also on the disco) put back on the grill so it wouldn't gum up the rest of the sandwich. The line chefs seem to pride themselves on speed, but one in particular became angry and verbally abusive when he rushed through my colleague's order and got it wrong. When said colleague contacted to restaurant to report the incident, she got some cheerful sounding manager that basically told her "thanks for the feedback!" and "come visit us again soon!" Do not fall prey to this $10 salad fad.

health food=good. If you have the same love affair with salads as I do then this is the place to go! A new location, same amazing salads. This is kind of place you are just going to have to check out for yourself, and trust me: try mixt greens, you will love it.
