Working at a nonprofit, I have to be very conscientious about the money we spend. I've used NextArts twice for some simple audio equipment and they've always been great with coming in on time and setting up. Even better, Tony--who I've worked with twice--has at both times suggested LESS equipment than other A/V companies have quoted me...which saves me a ton of money. On top of that fact, NextArts is way cheaper than other companies I've gotten quotes from. Thank you Nextarts!

NextArts is great! They provided a stage for our private event and did awesome work. The guys who set up the stage were right on time, friendly and worked fast to get us up and running. I would recommend NextArts to anyone looking for a special events company in the bay area.

I rented a video projector last minute from NextArts for an art exhibit I helped host a few weeks ago. Tony was great! He was able to set us up with a nice projector for a bargain price. The projector worked perfect for our event.

I will definitely be using NextArts again for any of my future AV needs.

NextArts helped us with a neighborhood street fair and we were very pleased with the prompt delivery / pickup. The staff that arrived was kind and helpful. They even set up the tents for us (which we weren't expecting). NextArts has always been prompt to respond either via email or by phone and I appreciated the quick updates on quotes as we constantly needed to change our minds due to our budgeting restraints. The gear was in good condition and I look forward to having them be a vendor in the future.

I have been in the event industry around the US for over 10 years and in the San Francisco Bay Area for about a year. This past weekend we hired NextArts for our triathalon. It was raining and miserable, yet NextArts worked flawlessly and tirelessly. They were ahead of schedule on every aspect of our event, coming the night before to view the site changes due to the inclement weather. From sound and stage rentals, to tents NextArts, outperformed our expectations and was the only rental house that seemed to work seamlessly under the most undesirable conditions.

The start line used their patented solar generator and they worked tirelessly, using wireless, microphones, transmitters and receivers so as to ensure there were no long cable runs for the runners to trip over. At the finish line they had workarounds for every contingency, including a pallet of equipment falling on gear and the rain (did I mention that?) that collapsed a small tent and created water damage everywhere.

The NextArts crew was extremely professional and accommodating. There wasn't a thing we asked of them that they didn't cover, including a re-route of the DJ audio, last minute and mid-event. NextArts rental equipment is in superb condition, looking near new!

I can't say enough about the performance of Tony and the NextArts team

My best friend got married in April and I helped with the decorations. NextArts did the drapery and lighting. It was such gorgeous silk drape on the doorways, and red carpet and velvet ropes.

Inside our colors were plum and white, with beads laced through the centerpieces. The light twinkled through the beads onto the tables. The set up was seamless and the room looked very, very romantic.

Thank you Tony and James, you guys rocked!
