Motivating Classes.
This is a 6 am boot camp like no other. Brien has worked with professional athletes in improving their game or overcoming injuries. He takes the same attitude in class with a long warm up, clear explanations and a focus on form. The classes are motivating and go very fast. I feel great after just a couple of weeks.
