***WARNING***. I HAD to write this review because I just got my hair done there a week or so ago and Cindy F*#@%d my hair up! I told her I wanted to go lighter. The thing is, I went darker previously and she said that she could do it! She just kept talking and talking. I had this strange feeling like she was just trying to sell herself. You know how you can tell when someone is totally bullshitting? Dammit! She weasled me out of my money! I'm telling you. Feel her out. I was in there for hours! Guess how much I paid? About $200 cause she said it was corrective color!!!! Nothing even happened to my hair! I was a frequent customer because I buy my products there. She finally enticed me to get my hair done. I even noticed that she's been making people look the same like "peek-a-boo" highlights (she suggested them to me too) and the same freakin haircuts! Everyone looks very typical with no kind of individuality. I wish I would have known this before but now, I'm hearing that she didn't go to cosmetology school! What does THAT tell you?!

You will come out looking like the lady from 101 Dalmatian. Okay I went to this place and I need to inform everyone not to go to this place I paid an outrages amount of money for my hair. I wanted some cute hi lites and instead this lady Cindy kept telling me something else would look better. So I listened to her becuse I thought she was the pro. Well I ended up looking like the lady from 101 Dalmatian. So the next day I had to go to another the salon and get it fixed.

I ended up paying so much money in the first salon who ruined my hair!!!

This salon doesn't know what they are doing!!!!!

You'll have better luck in another place

Best salon for damaged hair. Before I start with the salon review, I'll paint a picture of the status of my hair. Every bad thing you can imagine of, I've done it on my hair within a couple of week. I have a typical asian hair -- straight and smooth. Here's a break down of what I have done:

1-- Been dying my hair red EVERY MONTH for the past 3 years

2-- Used bleach kits a couple of times during those 3 years

3-- Permed the hair A MONTH ago (tired of perm within a day)

4-- Started using CHI straightner to flat iron the hair -- Too hot temp with no settings burnt the hair (looks like cat's fur ball)

5-- Use a lot of products: Redken, bed head, Matrix, Sebastian, etc to HELP smooth out the burnt hair

6-- Products don't help, went psycho and razored off my own hair @ 1:30am (can't wait for salon to open)

At 4pm, I walked into the salon without an appt. The owner, Cindy, had me seated in a salon chair. She started her FREE consultation by asking me questions in regard to the history of my hair (bleached? when/how often colored, etc) and then followed by -- "what would you like to achieve?" She's a great listener -- she then gave me her suggestions. She said althou she can do what I want with my hair, she would suggest that I give about a month to let my hair rejuvenate -- as in "we're in damage control." She applied deep conditioner in my hair and let me sit for 20 min, afterward, she trimmed all around to even out my "psycho cut." The shears that she used is the best quality I've seen, and the way she cut is superb (the way she cut hair is not learned from basic school, but probably add'l schooling -- I can totally see the quality resulted from that technique on my hiar).

The service was superb. The staff treated customers with upmost respect, professionalism and "family-like". The atmosphere is very welcoming and not pushy. You know how to tell if you're in the best salon? You look around and everyone in there have healthy shiny hair (most of them have long hair).
