Fun way to exercise.
It's like no other exercise class. No machines, no equipment, but, yes, you do sweat and burn calories in a fun way. Great for people of a certain age who remember the 60s music. Here's a chance to go back and be groovy. Marcie, the instructor, is outgoing and friendly. Newcomers are welcomed into the group.
