Take your car here if you don't mind working with an unethical business. Noticed they took 1.5 hours to fix a window and charged 3.5 hours of labor. Talked to the woman who works there and she told me it shouldn't make a difference to me since my deductible is the same and its the insurance who pays the rest. Great moral logic.

And then she got uncomfortable, told me she wasn't sure, and immediately switched me to a man who was unfriendly and defensive. He told me 3.5 hours is what they're allowed to charge by the insurance for a broken window; it doesn't mean it takes that long. Talked to the insurance company - he told me 3.5 hours is the maximum they're allowed to charge for window labor, but they of course should ONLY charge for how long it ACTUALLY took.

Wow. For the management of Secureway Auto Glass - Try to work and live with some integrity. I'm ashamed for you.

Cheap Out the Door Prices. I called, and they quoted the out-the door price, and it was the best price around. They said to drop right in, no appointment needed. An hour later I drove out with a new windshield. Everything was as promised, no hassle.

Rogue Rock Chipped my Windshield.... Cruising along on the freeway until I heard a loud smack; A big chip on my windshield developed and I heard it's not good to leave it since it will grow. Went in to Secureway Auto Glass, got it fixed in 20 minutes.

Replaced My window and chauffeured me to work. I can't rave about the service and the product enough.

I shopped around, mostly on Google and Yelp, and of course called the 5 star reviewed companies first. I wasn't completely sold on what I was hearing from them so I continued searching and found Secureway Auto Glass

Vincent won my business from the phone call alone. He was very honest and friendly. We made the appointment for the first thing the next morning and he even gave me a ride to work.

My car looks great and I will probably bring my other car over for him to do as well.

Fair Deal. I had my windshield replaced there. They were very up-front with everything and completed everything as they had promised. The price was fair and the turn-around was good.

Great Deal - Thanks Secureway. I was referred by Karry's Collision after my car got broken in to. Karry's is a great body shop that fixed my car awhile back so I trusted their referral. I got a low price and fast, no nonsense service from Secureway.

Great Service, Lowest Price was honored. I got the lowest price from Secureway after shopping several glass shops. They replaced my windshield very quickly and efficiently, in about an hour and were very professional!

Fast Service and Great Customer Service. This is great! I came here after a referral from one of the most reputable shops on Citysearch name Auto Body Garage. I called Secureway Auto Glass over the weekend when my Mercedez passenger side door glass got broken into. They were able to locate a glass for me a very cheap price that beat all the other shops that I called before. Also this was one of the only places that was opened on a saturday! where as all the other glass shops were closed, but was still picking up their phones! ...which i dont know why if they were closed. Anyways I had a great experience with this shop and would definitely recommend all my friends and family to this place. Thanks for the Great work Secureway!
