Great service I recommend... Came back from work and could not believe I had lost house keys. I talked to the girl on the phone and immediately got a free estimated price and the locksmith was over in less than 25 min! Opened the door and re-keyed the lock! This is a great service I recommend it!!!

Great security.. If you are looking for great security you need to call this company. I had them install a security system and do a safe installation; this after my house was burglarized 3 times in the last 2 years. The service is fast and reliable.

Great local service.. Finally great local service. This is not the first time I am using this locksmith company and like last time they very quick to arrive and the professional work is worth writing this review. I had them make me replacement keys for my lost keys and open the locked door. Great work guys thank you!!!

Excellent services!!!. I was locked out of my house at one am, probably dropped my keys somewhere. Called this locksmith company and talked to a very nice dispatcher. I know all the stories of bad experiences, but this one was great. The guy was there in 15 min and after explaining to me what he was going to do he opened my door in a very reasonable price. I recommend this company for everyone. Really the best!!!!

Sooooo Not the "Best"!. Not happy at all with them. Called them two weeks ago to fix my store's lock. They came out and charged me $175. It broke again last week and they said they'd come out on Thursday. It is now Wednesday. Called them this morning and they said they would be glad to come out again but will charge me some more $$$. Not cool and never using them again.

They helped me in my time of need.. If you need a locksmith, give Best Bay Locksmith a call. I used them to help me with my master lock and they were great. Very friendly professionals who look out for their customers. The master locks the supplied for me were great quality and very reasonably priced. Best Bay Locksmith were out to see me really quickly and the technician was very helpful and answered all my questions about master locks. Thank you again Best Bay Locksmith

Comfortable service!!!!!!!!. I couldn’t find my car key anywhere and after a day or two of searching for the car key I finally gave up and called Best Bay Locksmith. 35 minutes later there was a technician at my door and he was able to replace my car key for me on the spot by using the serial numbers in my car manual. He also re keyed my locks so only the new car keys open my car and I don’t have to worry that someone may have found my original car key. The guy also gave me a discount because he was 5 minutes late! I recommend Best Bay Locksmith to anyone who needs auto locksmith service.

Best Services!!!. The key to finding a good locksmith is word of mouth! And I am here to tell you that Best Bay Locksmith San Rafael are the best locksmith service I have used. Not only did they help me with re key solutions but the technician was on time and there to do the key job in 30 minutes he also gave me a great price. I would defiantly recommend Best Bay Locksmith San Rafael for any lock & key service you need.

Fast Service. This is what I call excellent customer service. I called them to fix the garage door lock because I broke the key while opening it the other day.

I was quoted $75 for the job. Pretty reasonable, considering how much it costs to unlock a door. The locksmith came to my house in 30 minutes. Is that fast or what?

It took him all but 3 minutes to fix the door and he was able to give me a new key. The best part was when he quoted $60 as the final price instead of the original quote. Wow...I have never seen anyone reduce their quote. I happily wrote a check for $60

I will gladly call them anytime I need their service.

Technician was good. Available Locksmith was great. Here's the skinny... past midnight, someone tries to break into our building and in the process completely destroys the lock and doorknob.... came on looking for help and tried 3 top rated locksmiths (one even had "24 hour locksmith" in company name) and yet I could not get an answer... it's now 2am and getting worried, so try one last place, success!

Ronen was our technician and he was great. No sweet-talking or funny business, just a solid locksmith who knew exactly what he was doing. Replaced the old lock to fit our existing keys and came back the next day to install a whole new system with high security locks. He even went out of his way to explain why it was so easy to break our old lock, how the new lock was different, SF firecodes for certain doors/locks, etc. Also, Ronen made it very clear how much everything would cost and given it was the middle of the night, it was actually very reasonable.

If you get locked out or need a new lock or just a re-key, Ronen is your guy, they take credit cards too!
