Never Do Business. European Enterprises Belmont/San Mateo = NO GOOD, never pay when he asks for money, double check work when no permit is/was taken out, work not to standard with business regulations. If a Lien is taken on your property, challenge it in court. You take the Small Claims order on him before he takes one on you. His work is bad and not acceptable for this area. Re-think hiring Louis Paycheck to fix, repair or remodel your house. 3-31-2012 ... Rate = -5 STAR

Outstanding job. I have no idea what the previous reviewer's experience was, but I can tell you that it does not reflect my experience with Louis Paycheck at all. I wanted a kitchen renovation done in Millbrae, and he came out and bid competitively on the job immediately, had a fair price that matched competing contractors, the work was done fast (the only slowdown was from Home Depot, which delayed installing the countertops), and cleaned up well. He showed me other work he's done beforehand, and didn't strongarm me for payment. Rainpebble's review is so vicious I can only assume it's from a jealous competitor! We even expanded the job to include house painting once we saw how quickly Mr. Paycheck's crew worked and what a good job they did.

Dishonest and Un-Organized. The owner Mr. Paycheck, although he has the license and insurance, OVER PURCHASES PRODUCTS & does not return for credit or performs work NOT NECESSARY for the job, buys items FOR HIS OWN BUSINESS equipment, OVER CHARGES for job, SUB QUALITY WORK, i.e. painting/cabinet woodwork refinishing, DECEITFUL, CHARGES customer FOR proof OF PURCHASE RECEIPTS TO CUSTOMER, Rude, combines jobs on receipts, Charges for work NOT PERFORMED. reported him to California Contractors Assoc. & BBB. STAY AWAY AND BEWARE FROM THIS COMPANY!
