Healthy smoothies and wonderful staff!

I was walking around the Castro one morning and found this amazing smoothie spa. I ordered an antioxidant smoothie and a side of goji berries. Honestly, I felt energized all day! One of the owners is a nutritionist. He sat with me and explained all of the wonderful ingredients in my smoothie and their benefits to my health. I felt like I had a personal nutritionist. The ambiance is great too. The music is very soothing and the smoothie spa is kept very clean and orderly. At first I thought that the smoothies were a bit expensive but then I asked myself two questions: how much do I pay for a cocktail and what does it do for my health? All it takes is a bit of perspective. I will gladly pay a couple of extra bucks for a smoothie that is good for my health and makes me feel great all day.
