Best Place for a Lifestyle Change

I had been struggling with losing weight for so long and had seriously done and spent countless income on all the diets and gross little pills around that I really didn't know what else to do with myself. I went to visit Dee a few months back to see what I could do to start and make a change. She was so supportive and compassionate with my weight loss battle that when she presented my customized program to me to lose this weight for good, I was in shock. It was so new and refreshing and I thought, "this could really work, I could do this..." and guess what? It has actually worked for me and has left me feeling so good about myself and satisfied just like a real lifestyle change, not a diet fad or crazy up and down rollercoster! I've loss 38 pounds while working with her and feel that I've really taken the first real step towards a healhier life. This has been the best and smartest investment for me, my body and my health!

• Pros: FREE PARKING! Close to all public transportation! Scheduled appointments without interuptions!
• Cons: It's a little far from the actual inner city I'm use to but well worth the drive/ride
