Perfect for tourists and natives of the beautiful San Fran. This hotel is wonderful! The staff is great. They are so friendly! They used to be the old Crowne Plaza hotel, and now they're undergoing a marvelous renovation! About 90% of the hotel has been transformed into this stylish and contemporary hotel. So if you do plan to stay here make sure you ask the reservation personnel to book you to the renovated rooms.

The location is fabulous! They're located in the heart of Union Square. Shopping! Shopping! Shopping! They're a block away from Saks and two from Macy's. Lots of wonderful restaurants near by.

Transportation is easy. There is hotel parking, but it'll cost you an arm and leg (but this is common for most hotels in San Francisco). There's plenty of taxis. But the best part of all, the cable car. The hotel is on Powell and Sutter. So you can just hop on the "Powell" cable car to anywhere you want to go - a real San Francisco treat!

A con would be their room service menu. They don't have a lot to choose from. But you can have food delivered to your hotel! Just ask the concierge for local restaurants that deliver.

On of the most affordable hotels in SF!. With rates starting at $149.00 you can't beat this hotel in San Francisco. This reasonably priced Boutique hotel has all of the amenities of the larger hotels while still giving you the affordable pricing and rate spaeical of the larger chain hotels in San Francisco.

Take a look at the web link on this San francisco hotel. I think you too will be surprised. Located near The fishermans warf and the chocolate square this hotel gives you luxury at a budget rate. Now we can enjoy all of the tourist attractions in San Francisco without needing to rent a car or pay high hotel prices. Give Hotel 480 a call, I think you will thank me :)
