DKS Computer Services has helped us design and implement our Windows 2003 Terminal Server and database solution. This Server and database system has tremendously increased the speed of our data management. Because of the volume of order information we routinely process, our internal systems had slowed down significantly, until DKS installed the new server solution. With the server, we are able to process all orders efficiently, and access necessary information instantly from all our computers. It is also used to to ship and track client products via the various shipping methods we employ. It has also allowed each of our clients remote access to their company information. All of this data is communicated in real-time to our clients via a secure Windows Terminal Client session.

With this DKS Computer Services solution our clients mail order, catalog, inventory management, and e-commerce orders are now being handled efficiently via the internet. DKS Computer Services also provides our us with affordable onsite and remote technical support when we need it. ? Joel Bernstein

Best IT support firm I have ever worked with .....

I personally worked at much larger Wall Street firms with tens of thousands of employees, and of course they have dedicated IT department. In comparison, the level of service, in terms of knowledge and responsiveness, I would rate DKS superior over the previous firms I worked at IT departments.

American Pegasus is a investment management fund with office in San Francisco and Hong Kong. DKS Computer Services helped us build out our headquarters office in San Francisco and worked with us on our many needs that this entailed. They worked with us on our office data wiring and electrical requirements, office computer purchasing, our in-house Thomson-Reuter?s Market Data Server, Windows 2003 Server solution with a secure VPN connection for our users, Cisco switches and routers, and they are providing us IT support company wide.

Great Find! Efficient, trustworthy and run an excellent business!

We are a small investment firm and we contacted DKS Computer Services for some assistance with our technical support needs in our old SF office location. After having worked with them on a couple of projects, we decided to contract with DKS to plan and organize our upcoming office move. We have been very pleased with the results- they took care of all our IT needs. They coordinated with all the various vendors to get the electrical, network cabling and data circuits completed in time for our move date. Everything was up and running smoothly in the correct time frame.

We were also in the market for a new phone system and Paul, who was very knowledgeable on the subject, advised us on a new VoIP system that suited our needs and installed it for us. He provided the data wiring, Cisco switch and router configurations, and built us a secure VPN connection for our Windows 2003 Server system. We were really impressed with how Paul took the time to go over everything with us so we can do a lot of the administration of our phone and data networks by ourselves?which is great. We are really happy with the service DKS provides?they are very efficient, trustworthy and run an excellent business. We will be clients for a long time and are the first people we recommend to our contacts for IT work.
