Raising the bar

I had my french mani/pedi done at TipToes nearly a month ago. The service was great...hot tea by my side and chick flick on the flat screen across from me! I had one of the best foot massages too. When it was all done, I couldn't help but keep looking at my french mani/pedi and how perfect and natural they looked! I'm quite far from San Francisco and had to settle for a nail spa near me a month later. I'm very particular with services and notice where spas or salons usually leave me wanting. I have to say, TipToes really raised the bar with service, experience, and quality of the final products --my tips and toes! By the way, I love the music they play there too.

Best Pedicure and Wonderful Experience

I am thrilled to have found TipToes. I visited the spa for the first time yesterday for a mani/pedi and had a great experience. Everyone was genuinely friendly and easy-going. The kind owner, Howard, brought me a nice cold drink, and there were plenty of new magazines to skim through. I relaxed immediately after snuggling into the comfy chairs for my pedicure.

The spa attendant's work was excellent. At most salons I've visited recently, the attendants are in a hurry to finish so that they can churn through more clients. My TipToes attendant was quite the opposite - she was very thorough and gentle and spent time massaging, scrubbing and pampering me. The results were lovely. Not only did it feel good, but it also looked great. In fact, this was one of the best pedicures I've had in a long time. I was so pleased with the work that I stayed for a manicure. And at their very reasonable prices, I can afford to visit often.

I can't wait to go back!

Best Pedicure

Got the Pedicure plus and it was an awesome experience. The warm paraffin sealed the deal for me. My feet and toes never felt so soft. I will definitely return. You must get the warm paraffin ... they come in individual bags so you don't have to share the bin with other people.

I absolutely enjoyed my services at Tiptoes. I tried the mani/pedi plus and when that turned out wonderfully ... I went ahead and did some waxing instead of running across town to see my usual waxer. It was a gamble but I wanted to find a place where I can get all my things done at one place. Yes ... I finally found my place. I've tried here and there but never quite found the right one stop shop .... until now ... yes! My nails look really good and it's been a week and my mani is still intact and my toes looks damn good. My waxing experience was excellent ... a great surprise. Eyebrows look perfect and I tell you I've had a couple of terrible experiences so I was quite unsure to try. I'm happy I did.

Most perfect nail spa in the neighborhood

I love this place and must spread the joy to others. I had my nails "did" and my "yoohoo" jazzed up ... end result ... perfect! I heard from a co-worker about this great find and was told over and over ... you must try. Finally, I did and loved it. Tiptoes had me at hello .... great customer service, service excellent, and it's just a really nice peaceful place to spend a nice afternoon, morning, evening ... whatever time you desire. Tiptoes is the place to be - for sure.

• Cons: Only one location ... not one is the eastbay where i spend half my time
