A HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE

I had the most worst experience ever!!!!!

I walked inside and sat down some came over and asked me what services I needed, I told her a Pedicure. Okay so we got that established that I was here for a pedicure. 5 to 10 mins roll by and two other women walk in, apparently they had been there before because they were saying hello to the entire Spa. I'm STILL WAITING, one employee walks in and I guess she was late for work cause she was moving fast. Next thing I know the two women that walked in after me, are being serviced before me and I'm still sitting there, I should of walked out then. Finally someone comes over to start my pedicure, and the woman working on my feet had the nerve to tell me that they didn't know I was waiting for service. Well, What in the HELL would I be sitting there for? Basically from there it was the most horrible pedicure experience ever. They could tell I was not happy, but did you think they even tried to accomodate me in any kind of way, NO.

How about it didn't matter for me to say I'm not pleased with your service, because

NO ONE IN THE SPA COULD SPEAK OR UNDERSTAND ENGLISH!!!!!!!!!

Except one person in the entire spa.

They bring out this Foot Bath with dressed up water, (blue water, flower pedals, and rocks) just some bullness. It looks pretty and all but thats about it. Wet your feet, cut your toe nails down w/o asking you if you want them cut, dry your feet and polish your toe nails. I mean I could go on but for what, it was a mess!!!!!!

I wouldn't go there if it was the last place to get a pedicure on this EARTH!!!!!!!!!!

• Pros: The set up is nice, good look inside.
• Cons: Not all what it seems
