He catered a small Xmas party we had at work. The food was excellent!! I loved the salmon quenelles in a light tomato sauce. The service was very good too, on time, and delivered as was contracted. I had experienced his cooking when he was a chef at Fabbro in RWC. I am telling you, he is good.
