DO NOT TRUST THIS HAIRSTYLIST!!!. There is nothing worst that a bad haircut?and this is a testimony about how within less than an hour my haircut went form outstanding to disaster.I came for a ?maintenance? cut and walked out with a failure.

Although Mr. Thompson was told many times that I want to keep my hair as long as possible, I walked out with a hair 4 ?? shorter , much thinner, and very difficult to manage. ?Shorter? is a terrible feeling for those who are used to very long hair and totally wrong for a very tall girl like me; ?thinner? gives me a wet look and makes my ears show thru the strands, and because the layer on the top of my head is a mere 6? long, I am unable to make a basic pony tail.

Worst of all, all this happened without my agreement nor my knowledge, because Mr. Thompson was cutting in the back of my head WITHOUT EVEN TELLING ME WHAT HE WAS DOING. Not only he has a serious communication problem, but he also totally disregarded my request and proceeded with his idea.

Before the visit I looked beautiful and heard nothing but compliments. Today I have a ?tried-to-do-it-at home? haircut. Every time I look in the mirror, I remember the beautiful girl I used to be? often, I break down and cry. And I am writing this message with tears in my eyes because I am furious I made the mistake to trust him so much. My hair was my pride, my femininity, and my signature- now it?s gone. I have to deal with unnecessary stress and despair; I cannot concentrate at work; and do not smile as often as I use to. I feel terrible.

It will take me 2 to 3 years to get my hair back to the previous length and I will have to live with Mr. Thompson mistake for years, day after day.

Although I very rarely express my opinions online, I feel so much pain that I needed to share this sad experience with you, the readers of this article. Please be aware.

Best Hairstylist in Town!. Josh is wonderful, easy to talk to, awesome stylist, listens to exactly how you want your hair, on time, sweet and knows how to cut.

Wonderful Hair Experience!. I have lived in San Francisco for 16 years now and this is the best hair experience I have had. I called for a last minute appointment and was curtiously booked with Joshua an hour later. He added volume and depth to my long hair and styled it perfectly. I left with fabulous hair and a new favorite salon to frequent. I can't wait to go back and have my color done. Everyone at the Spa/ Salon was professional and completely un-pretentious which I really appreciated. The spa itself is enormous with services available for almost any beauty need. Spacious high ceilings and views of Union Square are a perk. The little tv's at each station show fashion and travel info as well as accessability to email. Josh was great and really fun to talk to. Thanks!
